Amanda Seales formerly Amanda Diva (born in Los Angeles California on July 1, 1981) is a Comedian and DJ. When she was eight years old, she moved to Orlando and enrolled in Dr. Phillips High School. Later she went on to SUNY Purchase where her undergrad diploma was awarded. Later, she attended Columbia University for her graduate in African American studies. The year 1994 saw her begin her professional career on her first Nickelodeon comedy My Brother and Me as Deonne. Then, she was famous for her role as an VJ Amanda Diva and the face of MTV2 Sucker Free Sundays. Amanda Seales was a singer and poet for a time prior to changing her name back as Amanda Seales in 2011. The show returned her to TV soon after, and added stand-up comedian to her resume.
