Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch, born on January 19, 1981 is an American actor. Tulloch was born in Spain Uruguay Argentina as well as San Diego California. Tulloch is known as Bitsie. This isn't an acronym for her full known name Elizabeth.
