Jenna Fischer has become best known as Pam Beesly, the character she played in The Office. In the course of playing this character, she was awarded two SAG Awards in Outstanding Ensemble Comedy and an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress. In Fort Wayne Indiana, she was raised living in St. Louis Missouri. Jenna was inspired by her mom's church performances as she began her career. She is a trained actress who returned to theater after The Office. The Off-Broadway show she starred in was the show Reasons to be Happy that was directed and written by Neil LaBute and co-starring Josh Hamilton, Leslie Bibb, as well as Fred Weller.
